Mojo’s in Rhosneigr is under new management, and is set to re-open on July 15th.

New owners Oli & Ollie have taken over the popular restaurant, and will be re-branded as Mojo’s Rhosneigr.

We’ve been fond customers of Mojo’s over the years”, notes Oli. “It’s the longest established eatery in the village and it’s clear why due to it’s unique style and excellent food.

The combination of owning a design studio, previously working with hospitality organisations and now having close family living locally felt like the perfect opportunity for Ollie and Oli to take over Mojo’s.

Pancakes will be staying on the menu. Will they be as extra as these from 2021 I wonder!

Pancake fans can breathe a sigh of relief: They’re not going anywhere. The immediate plan is to perfect the menu as it is, as well as introducing new elements:

We’re not changing a lot, as it’s such a great place already…we’ll be introducing some fantastic new drinks alongside an evening menu different to anything else the village currently offers.”

“Our food is about being fresh and locally sourced, and our atmosphere is casual - we want people to feel as comfortable dressing up for dinner at Mojo’s as they are strolling in from the beach for a coffee.”

The building is currently going through some TLC indoors and outdoors. From what has been put on social media already, I cannot wait to see the finished product!

Mojo’s will be open 7 days a week from breakfast through to dinner. Their online booking system will be available in the near future.

The previous owner, Lucy Bradley has confirmed that she will be available as a private chef for events and dinner parties. Follow her Facebook page for updates.
