There are some exciting news openings taking place this year across all of Gogledd Cymru; From high end bistros to food hubs. The food scene in this wonderful corner of Wales is becoming more & more diverse.
Feast Brothers, Holyhead
@feastbrothers are setting camp in Holyhead over on Anglesey, after teasing us locals with pop-up events in North Wales. Get ready for Italian takeaways galore.

Bryn Williams is opening his second North Wales venture @bwtheatrclwyd over in Mold. The Bistro will rely heavily on seasonal Welsh produce, whilst diners can expect to overlook the Clwydian range.
Y Maes, Criccieth
@y__maes are finishing off creating a food & culture hub over in Criccieth - Previously known as the Craft Centre. I ventured there recently, and it's very exciting. Expect a closer look soon!
Dylan’s Restaurant & General Store, Barmouth
@dylansrestaurants & @dylansgeneralstores are opening their second Gwynedd restaurant and first Gwynedd store over in Barmouth. Expect an abundance of local produce, dining with a view, and exciting events that champions all things Welsh. Set to open in spring.
Polly’s Social, Mold
@pollysbrewco are opening @pollyssocial over in Mold - An open plan taproom and restaurant, which will serve their 23 beers on tap, offer cocktails, and offer small plates, brunches and Sunday lunches. Set to open in spring.
Nonno’s Coffee, Conwy
@nonnos.coffee will be serving specialty coffee, sandwiches and cakes over in Conwy in the old Garden Bistro. Expect retro decor and a spacious garden area for all the doggos. Aiming to open the end of February.
Social, Rhos-On-Sea
@social_rhos will be opening a Chic cafe bar in Rhos on Sea, offering brunch & wood fired pizzas.
